About the event
Our first hike of the club year, this hike will be approximately 4 miles, 2 miles out and 2 back. At the turnaround point, there will be views of Tripler, as well as Pearl Harbor and Downtown Honolulu. This hike is along a dirt road above Fort Shafter, so we will ge to know one another better and discuss the goals of the group and desires for future hikes.
While we will be on a road, the footing is uneven, so wear your hiking shoes and bring water. The majority of the path will be shaded.
